Application Eligibility Requirements:

• Must be a current Housing Choice Voucher program participant. Info for the HCV program can be found by clicking: HERE
• Must be in good standing with THDA.
• A pre-application is required for all voucher participants who would like to apply for the Family Self-Sufficiency programs and can be found by entering passcode:
  FSS Application Passcode Submit

THE FSS program is voluntary and will not negatively affect the family’s Rental Assistance Voucher. Upon receiving the application THDA will determine the family’s eligibility and will follow up via email or telephone.
